Islam, along with every other non-biblical worldview has inconsistencies and arbitrariness on its own terms. They all ultimately borrow from Christianity to reject Christianity.
If you know what the Quran confirms about Allah and Muslims you can easily refute any objection they have in a presuppositional manner. Here I will address a few major inconsistancies in the Islamic Worldview.
The Quran confirms Allah is allowed to lie to whomever he desires (Sura 3:54; 7:99; 14:4). Knowledge is simply impossible due to this problem. Allah could be decieving our senses and our reasoning and we couldn’t trust them from an epistemoligcal (foundational) perspective.
The Quran states as well that the Bible is also the Word of God. The following verses confirm the truth of biblical scripture, 2:40-42, 89,126; 3:3,71, 93; 4:47; 5:47-51, 69-72; 6:91; 7:157; 29:45,46; 35:31.
Muhammad is considered Islam’s greatest prophet, but Allah definately confirms many things about Jesus in conflict with Muhammad in the following verses.
Jesus was born of a virgin (Sura 19:16-35). Jesus is a Spirit from God (Sura 4:171). Jesus is the Word of God (Sura 4:171). Jesus was sinless (Sura 19:19). Jesus gave life to the dead (Sura 3:49; 22:73). Jesus is coming back again as a sign of the hour of judgment (Sura 43:61). Jesus is the Messiah (Sura 4:171). Jesus performed many miracles (Sura 3:49; 100:110) and not Muhammad (Sura 29:47-51).
Muslims will try to reject your objections and send you to another passage or text, but keep hitting these verses that expose inconsistancies with their worldview. Mike Robinson has written an excellent book on refuting Islam in a presuppositional fashion. Here is a link to purchase it. https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/101585i
